1. Services

WozTech provides web development, marketing, and content creation services. Project scope is outlined in a written proposal or brief.

2. Payments

A deposit is required upfront (typically 30–50%). Final payment is due upon project delivery unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client holds all rights to the work delivered. WozTech may showcase the project in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

4. Confidentiality

All materials shared with WozTech are treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

WozTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from project use, delay, or loss of data.

1. Cancellations

Projects may be canceled by the client at any time with written notice. Work completed up to cancellation will be billed accordingly.

2. Refunds

Refunds on deposits are available only if no meaningful work has started. Once development begins, refunds may be partial or unavailable.

3. Revisions

We offer a limited number of free revisions per project. Extra revisions outside of scope may be charged at an hourly rate.
